This role involves day to day HR administration including absence management, recruitment and selection activities and induction. The successful applicant will have significant administrative experience, strong organisational, IT and communication skills. Previous experience of HR administration within a busy department would be an advantage. Individuals will be educated to A level standard or equivalent and ideally have achieved, or be working towards, their Certificate in Personnel Practice.
