As a Humanaties Teacher you will be expected to engage and enthuse learners through a commitment to outstanding teaching and learning. As Standards and Progress Lead, you will be tracking, monitoring and reporting on the Standards and Progress, identifying under performance and putting appropriate interventions in place. You will be leading Quality Assessments across the faculty and deputising for the AP of the faculty when necessary.
To succeed you must be innovative in your techniques to motivate and inspire young people; you will also be a great team player and first-class communicator. You will be passionate about empowering pupils, providing them with the skills they require to excel in the modern workplace and in society itself.
