The School is in the heart of Wood Green close to shops, over ground, underground and bus links.  You will be joining an energetic and dedicated team of teachers and support staff who are working to provide an excellent education to a group of diverse and rewarding young people. 

The successful candidates will be responsible for duties including:

• To ensure an outstanding IAG provision for Heartlands students

• To ensure all students are in Education, Employment and Training post 16

• To implement and evaluate appropriate alternative provision pathways for identified students 

• To support and mentor vulnerable students to enable them to thrive

• To monitor and manage high quality alternative provision 

• To support the year 11 team

Support and development:

At Heartlands, we use School IP to track and support training and ongoing CPD. Depending on your need and level of experience, you will be placed on a training pathway.

The CPD plan is released in September each year and includes a range of internal training sessions before and after school as well as on inset days.
