IAG Lead

Post Details: Permanent, 35 hrs per week, Term Time Only

Salary Scale: Grade 6, pts 16-22 Pro-rata Salary £19,280 - £21,712 (FTE £24,012 to £27,041)

We are looking for an Information & Guidance Lead to join our Secondary team at Petersfield Campus.

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for advising young people with accurate, impartial and up-to-date IAG on a wide range of learning and career issues and make appropriate referrals to other organisations and external agencies/providers; to provide young people with relevant IAG that would enable them to access education and training opportunities; to facilitate visits for students to college and provider open days, including SEN and other interviews.

You will need NVQ Level 4 in Advice and Guidance or equivalent, and the willingness to work towards Level 6 in Advice and Guidance.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of our young people.
