College campuses are situated in Glenroy, which caters for years 7 and 8, and the senior campus in Broadmeadows that features years 9 to 12 and a total college enrolment of approximately 1440 students. 

About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for an ICT Help Desk - Technical Support Officer to join the Penola family for 2018 Terms 1 and 2.

As the ICT Help Desk - Technical Support Officer you will be responsible for assisting staff, students and the Penola community in the use of College computer facilities and locating faults in hardware and software and providing appropriate remedies.

About You

To be successful you will be component in and have an understanding in the use of Windows 7, 8.1, Windows 10 Server and SQL. The ability to be highly organised, motivated and demonstrate initiative is critical.

You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
