ICT Senior Technician (Grade F)

37 hours per week, year round

The Role

Our outstanding school requires a Senior ICT Technician to work in our ICT Department. As part of our ICT Team, you will  provide support to staff, students, and other team members. You will also help develop the use of ICT within the school, particularly in the use of Office 365 and its technologies such as SharePoint and Teams. 

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience of ICT support and issue resolution
• Experience in a broad range of ICT systems 
• Experience of configuring Microsoft domain infrastructure
• Supervisory experience
• Proven commitment to self-development and learning over time 
• An Enhanced DBS clearance will be required

Torquay’s position makes it convenient for the outstanding natural beauty of both Dartmoor and the South Devon coast. The beaches of the county are some of the best of the country and you can get away from the stresses of life by walking on the rugged moors. The beautiful cathedral city of Exeter is on your doorstep as is the City of Plymouth with its rich maritime history. Both of these have excellent new shopping centres.
