Job overview

St Paul’s Girls’ School is looking for a qualified (MTA or equivalent) technician to monitor and maintain our ICT systems. You will work closely with teachers and students to support the use of technology in the classroom, so a strong interest in the education sector and excellent customer skills are essential.  A good understanding of ICT technologies and trends and experience of diagnosing and resolving errors, including work with a service desk tool, are also requirements. You must be able to work on your own initiative and deal with situations calmly and diplomatically.
