We have a vacancy for an Inclusion Co-ordinator with Responsibility for SEN & Inclusion to start in January 2019 – Maternity Cover for Six months with the possibility of extension.

SALARY RANGE: MPS/UPS + SEN ALLOWANCE 

We have a vacancy for a qualified teacher to cover maternity leave, working alongside our Head Teacher and strong inclusion team. You will be the lead Co-ordinator for Inclusion, with responsibility for leading, managing and developing SEN/Inclusion Provision across the school. You will also fulfil the designated responsibilities of the SENCO to include providing good support to pupils with additional learning needs in our school and evaluating the impact of activities on pupils’ outcomes. You will support parents/carers, liaise with outside agencies and, support colleagues with the implementation of pupil plans. 

We are a 3-form entry stand-alone primary academy.  Having opened as a new school in September 2011 we are now looking for an excellent teacher with an interest in Inclusion to join our team for the next phase of our development in our dynamic learning environment. We are highly focused on innovation and research as a means to developing the most effective learning. 

The successful candidate will benefit from a comprehensive induction programme and lots of support and professional development opportunities.
