INCLUSION SUPPORT ASSISTANT (REF: C1170) 32.5 Hours per week, Monday-Friday, Term Time Only 39.2 weeks Grade 4 – Starting Salary £12,523 (Actual)  

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and versatile person for the Inclusion Support Assistant role. The Inclusion Support Assistant works under the guidance of teaching staff, providing support and management of students, both in the classroom and outside the main teaching area and provides small support sessions for identified students. Candidates should possess NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent and have a good understanding of areas of learning.

The Pingle Academy is pleasantly situated adjacent to open countryside yet close to the centre of Swadlincote, a South Derbyshire town of some 25,000 inhabitants.  Although older industries such as pottery still exist, many smaller firms have been established in recent years.  There has been considerable residential development with an increase of commuters to surrounding towns.
