The Information Services Team is looking to recruit an Information Services Assistant to support the Enrolments & Generations operations. 

You will have experience of working in a busy and changing administration environment, following business processes and meeting deadlines. Experience/working knowledge of the ESFA funding methodology, examination and enrolment processes, and associated compliance requirements would be an advantage. 

Applicants must have demonstrable experience of customer service, using business systems and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

The successful candidate will have achieved GCSE Maths and English Grade A*-C / 9-4
