We are looking for a versatile and outgoing individual to join the College as Internal Exclusion Manager.  The type of person we are looking for is likely to possess infectious enthusiasm, a reliable and highly organised individual, who can multi-task, with a professional and friendly disposition.  He or she will be resilient, driven, determined, and ambitious.

The role of Internal Exclusion Manager is an integral part of the College and will work with students placed in isolation to ensure they receive the appropriate support, sanctions and feedback to reflect on their current behaviour and make a commitment to improvement. The post holder will be the sole supervisor of isolation and therefore must be confident and comfortable working alone and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills in any present role.  They will administrate and supervise the internal exclusion of students in the isolation room and co-ordinate work from relevant subject areas.

Contract: Full-time position, term time plus 2 weeks only.

Salary: £22,776
