Actual Salary £13,902 - £15,613 pa (G2 – G3) subject to experience and qualifications,

37 hours per week, term time only

Joseph Leckie Academy is looking to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person who is able to work in an organized but flexible way to deliver a wide range of tasks.

You will be joining a small, hardworking and committed team which is responsible for the day-to-day management of internal excluded students and time out referrals.

The role demands someone with effective communication skills who can deal with situations in a calm and empathetic manner.

An understanding of children and young people who present challenging behaviour and the education system would be an advantage, but not essential.

You will positively support the delivery of learning activities for individuals, monitoring, assessing and reporting on student progress, achievement and behaviour.

Further details and application form available from Jayne Jackson (extension 204), via  e-mail or the Academy website: www.josephleckieacademy.co.uk/vacancies.html. Joseph Leckie Academy is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students and candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
