An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Isolation Coordinator at The National Church of England Academy. 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, to join our friendly team at The National C of E Academy. The successful candidate will work as part of the Inclusion team, to implement a strategy to engage students positively and promote appropriate behaviour. 

The Isolation Coordinator will be responsible for effectively managing the behaviour of young people who are in the isolation rooms, and to work directly with students who are identified as being at risk of not succeeding owing to disruptive or inappropriate behaviour. 

The successful candidate will be likely to have previous experience working in a student-focused role.

National Church of England Academy is a successful, dynamic secondary academy, offering an all-round education for students. The academy began life as a small school in 1788, and has served the community of Hucknall ever since.
