Job overview

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative professional to become our new IT Services Manager responsible for the management and overseeing of the ICT support function of our Academy.

You will be an experienced, customer focussed, skilled and highly motivated candidate capable of managing and leading the ICT Support function. You will assist in the appointment of a Senior IT Technician and deliver systems and support ensuring that they are fit for purpose, secure, stable, scalable and support our aims as a school. Ideally you will have ITIL awareness.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Qualified IT professional

• Have experience gained in a similar role, preferably in an educational  environment

• Have exceptional communication and line management skills

• Have the ability to build relationships

• Have Long term planning skills required to forecast future needs
