Job overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with IT and has good interpersonal, fault finding and diagnostic skills, to work within the education sector. Working within the Academy’s ICT Services team, across the Trust’s schools, duties will include general troubleshooting, hardware and software installation, routine maintenance, and general ICT administration tasks. Experience of working in schools would be advantageous.

You will have good written and oral communication skills, good time management and organisation skills, excellent customer service skills, the ability to use initiative and work under pressure and the ability to work closely with other team members. Applicants should be able to demonstrate how their previous experience has prepared them for this role.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. The successful applicants will need to undertake a criminal record check via the DBS.
