Our Initial Teacher Education team are dedicated to providing world-class teacher training. Supporting our trainee teachers in honing their craft in and out the classroom by working with talented professionals in a range of contexts across the Federation. Your opportunity 

Our Harris ITE Team is growing. We are delighted to see the huge strides in all of our trainees and more continue through our doors. To manage the growing number of prospective trainees we facilitate, we are looking for a capable, dedicated Administrator to join our team. As part of the Harris ITE Team, you will directly contribute to the smooth running of Harris ITE Provisions with special focus on HR and Wellbeing. 

As part of Harris, you will join a community of staff dedicated to transforming education in London. With a multitude of progression routes  and outstanding CPD for support staff, expect to be supported throughout your career  whether in one of our central teams or in one of our 48 academies.    

What we are looking for 

We look for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in London, and helping create exceptional places of learning. We are looking for candidates with: 

  • Experience and profiency in a variety of ICT packages, data entry and extraction from MIS systems 
  • At least one years' experience working in school or educational establishment 
  • A demonstrable track record of balancing priorities and working to strict timescales
