A new opportunity has arisen with the schools IT Department for an enthusiastic and professional Junior IT Technician to join a small team supporting the technology needs of a school that puts ICT at the forefront of teaching and learning.
This is an ideal role for either a recent graduate with some experience of working within a desktop support environment or someone already working in this environment seeking to gain further experience to develop their skills.
Working as a member of a team with responsibility for ensuring that support issues are handled promptly and that systems are kept in optimum working condition, the successful candidate will have experience of professional IT support and will be an effective communicator with skills in desktop support, fault diagnosis and resolution.
We are seeking someone organised and methodical, able to work effectively within a small team, with a willingness to learn new skills. Providing an excellent service to the whole school community is a key part of this role.
