The Junior School at Brighton College Al Ain provides outstanding care and education for young children, from Foundation Stage 1 to Year 5.

Applications are warmly welcomed from experienced professionals who wish to be considered for an Early Years teacher position. You will hold a relevant degree, have at least two years’ teaching experience and have a very clear understanding of the characteristics of outstanding teaching and learning.

We are seeking a caring teacher who loves working with young children, demonstrates positivity and who is a team player. In particular, we seek individuals who prefer working in a child- centred environment, who is used to delivering an emergent curriculum and have experience of the principles of a Reggio Inspired approach. Further, we wish to appoint a candidate who understands the importance of personalised learning and the need for EYFS focused assessment for learning strategies to ensure all pupils make excellent progress and optimal attainment.

All members of the teaching staff are expected to take part in our admissions process for new pupils and contribute to the wider community life of Brighton College Al Ain. There are many opportunities for leadership and the right candidate may be invited to apply for a Head of Year   position.
