About the role
The Maynard Junior School offers a unique opportunity to join one of the top schools in the country and are seeking a full-time Support Assistant and Playground Supervisor to join our excellent team.
This role is a very varied from providing support within the classroom, accompanying classes on school trips/visits, helping with reading, coordinating the ordering of resources for the school, helping prepare for events, administering first aid in the case of minor injuries as well as overseeing the after-school club each day.
This role would suit someone with a creative mind who is patient, cheerful and caring around children.
This role will require you to undertake Minibus training and a minibus test which will be arranged by the school. Therefore, a driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
The ideal candidate will also be willing to go on residential for 4 nights per year within the local area.

The Hours are Monday – Friday 0830-1730 with an hour for lunch and term time only for 36 weeks per year with a salary of £15,620 per annum
