Learning Support Assistant – Key Stage 1

Initially this role will be fixed term until summer 2020.
The opportunity for a permanent role may then be available.

Stroud is a flourishing IAPS day school set in a rural location
on the outskirts of Romsey, Hampshire (359 pupils aged 3 – 13).

We are seeking to appoint a well-qualified Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the Stroud staff full time. The successful candidate should:

· Be NVQ Level 3 qualified in childcare (or equivalent).

· Have experience of working in a prep or primary school environment.

· Be able to establish constructive partnerships with parents and colleagues.

· Have good knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.

Start date:  September 2018
Hours:  Full time, term time only (08:30-16:30 Monday - Friday)
Salary:  £8.91 - £10.17 per hour depending on experience
