Key Stage 1 Phase Leader

Full time, Permanent

£26,662 - £37,275 per annum inclusive of Outer London Weighting (MPR) 

Additional Allowance: TLR2b

Start Date: September 2018

We are looking to appoint an inspirational teacher and leader of teaching and learning to join our dynamic senior leadership team from September 2018.

The successful candidate will be a teacher who has at least four years teaching experience and who:

• has the drive and energy to be outstanding teacher;

• can lead by example, and is an inspiration to both children and staff;

• is committed to improving teaching, and raising standards through the setting of high expectations;

• has a ‘toolbox’ of ideas to help improve our schools, and is willing to immerse themselves into the life of the school;

• has excellent interpersonal skills and management skills.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• teaching a class;

• leading on curriculum matters and monitoring the curriculum provision;

• providing training and support for individual teachers;

• line management of teaching staff;

• management and organization of events concerning the Key Stage One team.
