We offer a unique experience in a fascinating, developing part of the world. ISSR has been open for 11 years and teaches the British National Curriculum from Nursery to Year 13. The Primary School is two-form entry and has students from both the local and the expatriate community. Our teachers are fully qualified and we have the resources and facilities required to teach to a high international standard. Our teachers are extremely supportive of each other which has helped to create the hugely positive and successful environment we have at our school. 

Our school is situated 10 minutes from the centre of the city and just 30 minutes from the famous temples of Angkor. We offer a competitive salary for Cambodia and we match it with a remuneration package including: Visa, Flight allowance, medical allowance and renewal bonuses. Salary and remuneration are based on qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of the skills required to teach in a Primary School setting and will join a team of highly motivated teachers who are passionate about teaching, and the development of our school community. Enthusiasm for delivering the highest quality curriculum according to the needs of each individual is essential. 

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant degree, PGCE, BEd or equivalent
• Experience in delivering the  Primary National Curriculum
• A passion for teaching and learning
• A high level of professionalism
• Fluent English speaker
