Ashmole Academy Trust was formed in 2015 building upon the success of Ashmole Academy and its tradition of outstanding school performance. The trust currently consists of a primary and secondary school.
We are looking to appoint an experienced co-ordinator to provide effective secretarial and administrative support to the pastoral team to ensure the smooth running of a key stage. The post includes; being the first point of contact for telephone calls and correspondence from parents, handling telephone calls and follow up to ensure enquiries are dealt with effectively. Produce high quality documents, record behaviour, and achievement data, mentoring data and extra-curricular activities in SIMS. Attend meetings and take minutes as required, produce duty rotas for staff and co-ordinate parents’ evenings for a key stage to ensure its smooth running.
The successful candidate will be proactive, flexible with excellent customer service along with outstanding secretarial skills and a focus on attention to detail.
