The successful applicant will demonstrate enthusiasm and the ability to work successfully with an innovative and creative team. As a core subject teacher the applicant will be expected to demonstrate an ability to plan and differentiate lessons to meet each child’s needs including the provision of appropriate challenges. The successful applicant will show they have the ability to earn pupil trust, and evidence that they are a good team player both seeking and giving support to colleagues.  Our teaching groups are eight pupils or fewer and English and Maths are taught in the mornings. The successful applicant will work to the direction of the English Subject Leader and Director of Studies.
