Job overview

This is an outstanding opportunity for an inspiring, innovative and forward-thinking IT specialist to teach Computing throughout the KS2 and to lead the school further in its use and development of IT. 

In addition to leading the digital learning in the school, the role will include teaching Maths or English in Lower Key Stage Two.

Our aim is to provide an exciting and challenging curriculum in a supportive and friendly environment. The post will include Monday (all day) and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Morning.

The closing date for applications is 9 am Monday 17th May 2021 but early applications are welcomed.

Interviews to be held on Monday 24th May 2021.

Shortlisted candidates will have an initial and remote interview at any stage from receipt of applications to before final interviews. Successful candidates will then proceed to the final stage, which will be on-site and involve teaching an observed lesson and final interview.

Newbridge Preparatory School is a leading independent day school for children aged 2 to 11. Newbridge Preparatory School has been an independent day school in Wolverhampton since 1937. Newbridge Preparatory School moved to its present site in Newbridge Crescent in 1949. The school was originally founded by an eminent local surgeon and initially operated as a member of the Parents’ National Education Union. Many former pupils affectionately remember the P.N.E.U School.
