About the role

Fairfield Academy are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive change to children’s lives by providing children with outstanding learning experiences. We are looking for someone who is committed to working as part of a team in this dynamic learning environment.

We can offer you a great hardworking and supportive team in school, together with a wide range of training opportunities including an ECF programme, in school mentor and other bespoke courses from the David Ross Education Trust.

About our Academy

Fairfield Academy joined the David Ross Education Trust in January 2015 and in September 2017 they received a ‘Good’ judgement Ofsted.

Through dedicated teaching, a broad and balanced curriculum and outstanding enrichment opportunities, we are committed to ensuring every child reaches their full academic and social potential. We make no excuses about being ambitious on our children’s behalf and this resulted in Fairfield being recognised as one of the best state primary schools for 2021 according to The Sunday Times (November 2020)

Who we are looking for

Either experienced teachers or NQTs may apply.

Primary Teaching Qualification is essential.
