Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply teaching team and work in an averaged sized primary school in Hartlepool.
The role
Working as part of a friendly and passionate Key Stage 2 (KS2) team, the desired Teaching Assistant (TA) will focus on delivering Literacy and Maths interventions to small groups and providing general classroom support for various primary classes across the key stage. The successful teaching assistant must have experience of working in Key Stage 2 (KS2), and will be able to work on their own inititive to provide support where needed.

Requirements
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant (TA) position, you will:
Hold a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
Have experience of working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) in a Key Stage 2 (KS2) environment.
Be experienced in working with smaller nurture groups.
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff.
Have experience in a primary environment.
Ideally have experience delivering Reading and Writing interventions.
