We are looking to appoint a dynamic and highly motivated teacher of Mathematics. A skilled and aspirant practitioner, you will be committed to academic excellence and high classroom standards. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a NQT who is committed to enabling every student to achieve the very best they can and is dedicated to their own professional development.
Mathematics is an extremely popular A Level subject and many students continue to study Mathematics or related subjects at University. The Department provides support to the teaching of Engineering and also runs courses leading to Free Standing Maths Qualifications.
The successful applicant will teach KS5 classes for a very significant proportion of the week. Some KS4 teaching may also be included on the timetable.

Interviews and lesson observations for shortlisted candidates will take place week commencing Monday 23rd April 2018.

Kimberley 16 - 19 STEM College - opened as a 16 - 19 Academy in 2013, specialising in Science and Mathematics. The College has over 650 students, over thirty different Level 3 courses and is the largest sixth form provider in Bedfordshire. The School and the College are both located in Bedford Borough; Kimberley is in the village of Stewartby, three miles from Wootton. Both are rated good by Ofsted.
