North Bridge House Senior SchoolCamden, London

An Inspiring World of Education – can you help us deliver that?

Join us as a Language Tutor and inspire your highly engaged children.

North Bridge House Senior School is an independent, co-educational establishment which is a proud member of Cognita. As a Cognita School our international colleagues support each other, sharing ideas and practices from around the world. Cognita is an international family of over 75 schools in the UK, Europe, Latin America and Asia .

North Bridge House Senior School offers a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils feel secure and are set challenges which enable them to meet or exceed expectations. There are currently just over 400 Year 7-11 pupils on roll.

We strive towards individual academic success by encouraging self-discipline and through a diverse curriculum that challenges pupils and develops enquiring minds.

We are committed to supporting our pupils in becoming global citizens and believe that language learning is a vital part of this process. We are looking to recruit an exceptional team of linguists to offer private or small group language lessons to our pupils in addition to our current school timetable. The interests of our pupils are diverse and we are currently looking for candidates who can teach one of the following languages - Hebrew,  Hindi, Japanese, Portuguese and Turkish. This role would suit someone keen to gain valuable classroom experience prior to embarking on a teaching career or a more experienced practitioner.

Please note that we already have a team of excellent teachers that can offer French, German, Latin and Spanish so candidates will need to be able to offer an additional language in order to join our team of peripatetic tutors.

How to apply:

Email: Vian Vali (PA to the Head) for a job description and application form.

Closing date for applications:
