The Haberdashers’ Aske’s Boys’ School and Haberdashers’ Aske’s School for Girls have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, experienced Lead IT Trainer to work across two leading Independent schools.

The role will provide you with a great opportunity to work in a varied environment covering a wide range of different responsibilities, including one to one and group training sessions, creating training scripts and publishing user documentation, in addition to creating and maintaining the training records and delivering a schedule of training.

We are looking for someone with ideally 2/3 years’ experience of working in an IT training environment. You will need to have excellent troubleshooting and technical skills and the ability to work as a team player, particularly in communicating and supporting other team members. It is essential that you have experience in delivering training to groups in person and in a virtual environment as well as one-to-one training. Knowledge of Microsoft office application is a must.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, to help set up systems and resolve issues.
