We are seeking an outstanding qualified Science Teacher for a Lead Practitioner role to support our school in raising standards further across the department and school. 

We are particularly looking for talented individuals who want to be a part of transforming education in Croydon and within the Greenshaw Learning Trust and assist us in creating exceptional places of learning.

We are looking for someone who:


• is an outstanding classroom practitioner of Science with a proven track record of success in raising standards 


• holds UK QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree

• has strong subject knowledge with a real passion for Science

• has the ability to teach the Science curriculum at Key Stages 3 and 4

• has exceptionally high expectations of what students can achieve

• enjoys collaborating and motivating others to be their best and to be at the cutting edge of pedagogical development

• who thinks outside the box and has the ability to develop innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment
