Working across key stages 3, 4 and 5 you will provide inspirational, innovative and motivational leadership for the improvement of teaching and learning in mathematics. This is an exciting developmental opportunity and it is anticipated that this position will develop into a school wide role, where the lead practitioner will work with leaders and teachers to support and innovate excellent practice across the curriculum.
• Must have at least 2 years teaching experience, including A ‘Level teaching experience
• You must have a proven track record of ‘Outstanding’ lesson observations
• Ability to coach and motivate teachers
