Lead Practitioner of Mathematics

The Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle has a growth plan for Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust to serve South Tyneside, Sunderland and East Durham, with a total of 34 schools in the Trust by July 2022.

Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust was established in February 2016, currently there are thirteen schools within the Trust of which five are secondary schools.

St. Bede’s Catholic school and Bryon college is an oversubscribed OFSTED rated good school on rapid journey to outstanding status. We are officially rated as a top 10 school in the North East. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teacher to the post of Lead Practitioner of Mathematics to join this flagship department from September 2021. The department has the added leadership from the Director of Mathematics in the Trust. We are committed to professional development within our friendly and high performing community. Salary: Lead Practitioner Maths L9 – L11

Start Date: September 2021

Contract: Permanent Full Time
