This role is ideal for excellent practitioners who want to make a tangible difference to students but also to our staff. You will work alongside a highly effective middle and senior leadership team to ensure all members of staff have access to the highest levels of professional development, support and research. You will be an excellent practitioner cultivating a culture of openness, honesty and professional learning. This post also provides opportunities to further develop our ambitious curriculum and ensure students benefit from powerful knowledge. You will have a deep understanding of your subject who is highly engaged in pedagogical developments and use research to underpin strategy. You will be highly committed to excellence in teaching and curriculum ensuring staff can work efficiently and effectively maintain a positive work life balance. Through your work, you will ensure that students have an excellent curriculum, expertly delivered, leading to excellent outcomes.

You will make a difference to the whole TEMA community through highly effective teaching and supporting staff to improve their practice further. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work with and motivate a wide range of staff, stakeholders and students.  You will be a passionate advocate for students’ learning and development and be relentless in your pursuit of excellence whilst providing high levels of challenge and support. You will work with a wide range of people both internally and externally to develop best practice and supportive relationships which enable staff to ensure students realise their full potential.
