Are you a Learning Assistant with experience in early years and KS1?           

Longford Park Primary School, Banbury’s brand new Primary School, is looking to recruit an experienced Learning Assistant, who has the passion and the commitment to help lead the school in their vision to be an outstanding school.

We are looking for individuals that are passionate, enthusiastic and committed to the educational development of children and can help build the foundations to a fulfilled and varied educational offering.

The successful candidate will work alongside and support the Class Teacher, making effective use of resources in order to achieve the highest standards of learning and achievement for all children. The role will also include supporting the school improvement plan led by the Headteacher, whilst promoting the well-being of staff and children in the school.

The successful applicant also needs to have NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or be willing to gain it) for this role, experience in early years and GCSE English and Maths grade A-C.

There may be a possibility that the successful candidate will work at William Morris Primary School; another GLF School in Banbury, enabling career extension opportunities within a dynamic and flourishing Trust.
