Job Title: Learning Behaviour Mentor

Start Date: April 2021

Salary: Scale 4 Point 7-11 £14,121 - £15,285 (actual salary to reflect hours and weeks worked)

Contract: 30 hours, Term Time Only plus 5 days, Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2021

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, hard-working and flexible members of staff to support the needs of pupils who require particular help in overcoming barriers to learning, in order to promote the integration of pupils with special needs.

The successful candidates could be working on a one-to-one basis with individuals, with small groups of pupils or within a classroom supporting the work of the teacher. For the right candidate, there will be an opportunity to support our pastoral department for a set number of hours per week.  You will join a supportive and forward-thinking department with the qualities of initiative, patience and sensitivity.
