We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and energetic Learning Manager who has a record of delivering good quality experiences to groups of children.
We require Learning Managers who have:
- Good levels of Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE A-C passes or above)
- NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent qualification or experience
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiasm, patience and a calm firm manner
- A commitment to improving children's learning.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious, talented and caring and must have a professional approach to their work, joining our committed staff at our well established active academy. This role would be a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful academy, and a Trust that puts the learner at the heart of everything it does.
