Salary: WPT Band 5 £22,627 – £24,491 (£19,845 - £21,408 pro rata)

Hours: 37.5 per week   Term Time only

 About the role

We are seeking applications from highly motivated candidates to work as a Learning Mentor within the Pastoral and Safeguarding Teams at Thrybergh Academy.

Duties will include:

 • Providing particular support for pupils and access to learning. 

• Supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning. 

• Establishing good relationships with pupils, and responding to individual needs. 

• Using strategies to support pupils to achieve learning goals. 

• Working with other professionals e.g. Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy etc. as necessary
