The Learning Services Support and Transition Team oversees Learner Support. The team is committed to delivering an outstanding service to all learners across both the FE and HE provision. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee and undertake day to day supervision of the team and to act as an initial source of support and guidance to Learning Services Tutors, Learning Support Assistants and Attendance Administrators.   Candidates should have experience of supervising staff, and knowledge of support needs of individual learners and how these can be met would be an advantage. Experience of working in an educational learning environment is essential.
