Learning Support Assistant

Elutec Academy is looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a fixed term contract to join our enthusiastic team to work with Year 10 students.

The post holder will be responsible for supporting students with their learning, including those with special educational needs under the direction and guidance of class teachers and the SENCo. The role will include a specific focus on improving students reading abilities.

Pay Scale: Scale 4 - £9,216.00 (Pro-Rata), £23,400.00 (FTE)

Hours: Three hours per day between 10:00am - 2:00pm- Monday to Friday, Term time only.

Contract: Fixed term- until July 2023; possibility to extend

Start date: As soon as possible
