Learning Support Assistant (Fixed Term Contract, linked to the local authority funding of a named child), Full time, term time.

We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our SEND team. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record of working with young people to promote effective learning and overcome barriers. The role will be primarily to provide one to one support for an identified pupil in KS3. Experience of working with pupils with Autism and generalised anxiety would be preferable. Additional experience of supporting students with Type 1 diabetes would also be desirable, although training for this can be provided. 

 The successful candidate should be passionate about making a difference to the lives of students and keen to join a school that is relentless in its pursuit of excellence. You will be enthusiastic about ensuring the students you work with make outstanding progress.
