White Hill Schools Trust is a multi-academy trust based in Chesham. It currently consists of one secondary school (Chesham Grammar School) and two primary schools (Ivingswood Academy and Waterside Primary Academy).

There is a vacancy at each of the primary schools for a Learning Support Assistant and we are looking for caring, enthusiastic and flexible individuals to join our dedicated and happy teams. The successful candidates will:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to children’s happiness, safety and achievement.
  • Be friendly and approachable with a professional manner and a good sense of humour.
  • Possess a good standard of spoken and written English, plus maths skills appropriate to the whole of the primary age range.

Applicants must be prepared to work across the primary age range and be willing to support individual children with learning needs if required, as well as to work as a general classroom assistant.
