Actual Salary: £13,619.87 inc Crawley Fringe allowance
Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per week TT + INSET

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to join us as soon as possible. Applicants should be enthusiastic and dedicated in supporting students with general or specific learning difficulties and/or medical/care needs. We are interested in hearing from those that are able to build positive relationships and can encourage students to reach their full potential.
Duties will include supporting students through encouragement and motivation, liaising with the teacher as to progress and general feedback and ensuring that the ethos of the school is promoted to allow the integration of the students. Previous experience in an education setting is desirable as is some experience of medical care. However, we are happy to receive applications from candidates considering a career in teaching and looking to build experience in a secondary school setting prior to their application for PGCE.
Applicants should evidence how the meet the requirements of the Job Description and Person Specification and must be willing to undertake all relevant training required to meet the various needs of our students. NB: this post requires an 8:30/8:40am start.
