  Learning Support Assistant (EYFS or Key Stage 1) | Leeds | £61.50 - £65.00 per day

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint two full time Learning Support Assistants to join our successful supply teaching support team and to work in a local primary school in West Leeds. The role is to commence from September 2018 for the full academic year on a term time only basis.

This is a “Good” school who are looking to bring on board two skilled and enthusiastic LSA’s who can support teaching and learning while addressing the personal and individual needs of the pupils.  

The successful Learning Support Assistant will ideally have excellent knowledge of working with children in either EYFS or Key Stage 1, and ideally will have worked with children with SEND. You will be working closely with the SENDCO to deliver the best possible care for the children under their care.

To be considered for the position of Learning Support Assistant you may:

• Have experience supporting  children in primary education in Early Years/ KS1
• Hold a relevant NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of primary school staff
