About the post

The postholder will work with, and provide relevant support, to our teachers and students in lessons supporting the SEN department. In addition to in class support, the post may provide the opportunity to lead small groups and one to one student work.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic, adaptable and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a positive approach. A high standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills are also essential for this post, as is the enthusiasm and commitment to helping each student achieve their full potential.

The salary range for this post at Grade PS4/5 is £16,407 to £20,504 p.a. (based on 36 hours per week/39 weeks per year), depending on qualifications and experience and offer full training and defined career/pay progression.
