Learning Support Assistant: Salary £23,838 – £24,270 ( Scale 3, Pt 5 - 6) pro rata, term time only 38 weeks per year.

We are looking for a hardworking, innovative and experienced Learning Support Assistant. You will have a particular interest in working in a fully inclusive, multi-cultural Federation.

We are looking for a practitioner who:  

• Supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities
• Has high expectations of children and themselves  
• Desires to learn and improve themselves professionally  
• Is committed to inclusion and raising the attainment of all pupils  
• Is able to form excellent relationships with children, parents and colleagues  
• Has energy and a great sense of humour
