Yarrells School are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join our team now!  We are looking for a versatile, resilient and committed Learning Support Assistant, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary to support across key stage 2. The successful candidate will work assisting individual children with their learning while establishing good relationships, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs. 

This role will require an imaginative and resourceful individual who is capable of finding ways to engage and spark the interests of pupils who are struggling to access the standard curriculum.   

As such, this exciting new role will involve supporting the education of pupils in 1:1 or very small groups to access both the academic and enrichment curriculum both in school and the wider community.

Contract: full time

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am to 4.30pm

Salary: competitive
