We wish to appoint a Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about supporting student learning. We are looking for a reliable, committed, enthusiastic individual, preferably with some experience of working as part of a school/educational environment. 

The role requires providing support for individual students in both academic and social aspects of learning. The role will also include responsibility for individual children’s learning and promoting a purposeful and inclusive learning environment. You will work closely with the classroom teachers, SENCo and specialist staff to implement specific interventions and strategies to best support the learner. Additionally, providing general assistance to the class teacher in the management and organisation of the students and classroom, preparation of resources as well as break time duties.

Curriculum

An International Baccalaureate (IB) World School, they offer the Primary Years (PYP) and Middle Years Programmes (MYP) as well as the IB Diploma. This was one of the first schools in the UK to offer the IB diploma.
