Job overview

We are currently seeking to recruit a confident and passionate Learning Support Assistant to join our successful supply team and to work in local behaviour units based in and around the Mablethorpe area. This will be day to day work as and when required starting immediately.


The desired Learning Support Assistant will be an ambitious, strong team member who can support and motivate others. To be considered for the position of Learning Support Assistant you must hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification and have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team.
