We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to join our team to assist teaching staff in the classroom and in particular help students who experience learning and/or behavioural difficulties.
You will be linked to support students who have a EHCP and will be expected to work together with teaching staff to achieve the best outcomes for these students.
What we're looking for
• At least Grade C in English, Maths and Science
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• To have and set high expectations
• Previous relevant experience an advantage but not essential.
